We are looking for a Production Support Analyst who can provide quality and timely production support to end users within the company.  The person in this role will interact with business users, client services, production managers, product owners, developers and quality assurance to resolve process, application, training and infrastructure problems.  

The Production Support Analyst is technically proficient and able to quickly understand and become adept at troubleshooting issues in complex systems involving many applications interacting across different platforms.  The production support analyst will develop an expertise in domain and emails and will become a subject matter expert in domain registration, DNS entries and email configuration.    

The production support analyst will use knowledge of issues to formulate root cause solutions and work across the company to implement solutions.



  • Manage production support tickets giving quality and timely resolutions
  • Escalate issues effectively when needed
  • Interfacing effectively with users, giving them full support in resolving problems
  • Reporting issues and resolution times back to the business
  • Working with the IT team and systems to troubleshoot and implement fixes
  • Fielding domain and email requests, including domain registration, DNS entries and email configuration
  • Evolving the production support process by advocating for better tools and processes when applicable

Requirements (preferred):

  • 1-3 years production support, or application support experience.
  • Experience of domain names and managing domain names with domain name registrars.
  • Knowledge of the WordPress platform and basic web-server configuration.
  • Knowing the difference between an A record, CNAME, or MX record is a plus.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and supporting Salesforce users would be looked on favourably.
  • Experience managing email accounts.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills - understand business processes and issues from business users
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree/work experience
  • Valid US work permit
