We are growing our Product & Tech team to better support our teams and our customers. We have some big plans! The Product Manager - Platforms is a key role based in our head-office in Amsterdam with the responsibility for ensuring the core technology platforms deliver the best outcomes for internal staff, and the customers we help be successful online.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and iteration of strategies and tactical execution plans for Spotzer platforms including SalesForce, partner facing admin portals, API’s, customer facing tools, and communication platforms.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to influence and drive the delivery of an excellent customer experience across the customer journey for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the best execution in market for the delivery of digital marketing products to multiple geographic markets, through detailed planning on the prioritisation of key features, platform and API iteration across the portfolio, and across teams to deliver the best overall business outcome.
  • Identify and prioritise key features to improve user experience across platforms through a detailed and analytical approach evaluating user behaviour, support tickets, and observation.  
  • Lead communication, training, and execution of new product and platform features across all teams. Lead the communication planning and execution to all core business stakeholders on key proposition, solution & execution milestones, deployments, new partner integrations to ensure aligned execution of the solutions & campaigns to market.
  • Work with cross-functional teams of developers, UX, Business Analysts, operational stakeholders to drive improvements to

  • Collaborate & provide actionable feedback to internal teams and partners around marketing proposition development opportunities & gaps based on internal analysis, data & sales feedback.
  • Identify, track and report on 'go to market' activities ensuring deliverables achieved within implementation timelines and budget.
  • Conduct' post implementation reviews' of campaign execution and deliver recommendations for improvement & ongoing process changes to deliver best results.

Skills

  • 1-3 years in a product roles responsible for product and service execution.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or marketing.
  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Experience creating platforms and tools to support Enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully taking products and services to market in complex markets with a focus on successful execution of customer experience .
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and reporting against objectives and milestones and a focus on numeric and human factors.
  • Experience with building strategic GTM plans and project tracking dashboards to stakeholders.
  • The ability to take data and analysis and translate this to compelling cases for action.
  • Knowledge of and experience with API’s is beneficial
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to manage projects small and large.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
