Spotzer Media group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be a fantastic addition to our IT & Product team. As the Business Analyst at Spotzer, you will be responsible for scoping, analysis and requirements gathering, for large scale Salesforce implementations in consultancy with our customers.

We have a variety of internal customers and external partners that will all collaborate on our roadmap and impact the customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, technical SF knowledge, and can grasp complex business processes, make transformative recommendations, document user journeys and produce accurate requirements for best in class solutions.

Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we have 6 offices around the globe, and we are serving tens of thousands small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns and creating power content.

We are experiencing major growth in all our offices, and this is an opportunity to join a growing business going places. This August we will have tripled the size of the company since the previous year, and we will moving to a new shiny bigger space in Amsterdam, which will support our incredible growth further.


  • Primarily consulting with our customers to build out scaled CRM solutions that accelerate their business processes
  •  Work with business leads and architects to develop and transform requirements into Salesforce solutions and implementations
  • Partner with business leaders to drive new initiatives forward and to ensure adoption of existing business processes
  • Establish best practices and drive training/adoption of related processes
  • Capture and map Business Processes, User Journeys and Requirements
  • Provide configuration expertise for validation and testing
  • Assist with functional requirements, gap analysis, and application architecture
  • Create and/or update Requirement, Process, Functional, and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues for SF
  • Manage change management process
  • In collaboration with our development team, design scalable solutions which will increase efficiency, productivity and automation where appropriate allowing our systems to support the company’s rapid growth

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
  • 2+ years of hands on Salesforce admin experience working on multiple medium and larger projects
  • Must have expertise and strong knowledge in standard Salesforce configuration and management
  • Curiosity and skills to debug and getting to the bottom of a problem and help resolve it with a solid long-term solution.
  • Strong communicator, and make actionable recommendations
  • Experience soliciting and documenting clear requirements
  • Works well within a team
  • Project management experience a plus. A natural internal drive to work towards milestones a must.
  • Salesforce admin (or higher) certification preferred.
  • Feature Driven Development Methodology experience is a PLUS
