Spotzer is a fast paced, rapidly growing, global digital marketing business. We specialize in websites of all sizes with a strong focus on Premium WordPress and websites built in web building platforms. Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we serve tens of thousands small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns, and creating power content.

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic & highly organized Recruiter/Office Manager for our Denver office located in the Industry Building in RiNo. Playing a key role in driving the growth of our US team, you will be working daily with the Senior North American VP,  sourcing, hiring and building great teams to ultimately expand our business globally. You will also play a key role in organizing a happy, fun, and productive workplace. You will help leadership maintain our culture and values as we grow including having fun and enjoying each others company everyday. Experience recruiting Artistic and Technical talent a plus.

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Build a strong  talent pipeline of suitable candidates for all roles including; Account Management, Design, Development, and Tech Support.
  • Utilize varied techniques and channels to identify and attract the top talent.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify, suggest, and close strategic hires.
  • Full cycle recruitment including job concept, posting, outbound sourcing, conducting interviews and negotiating terms of employment.
  • Build robust relationships with networks, candidates and your team

Office Management

  • Act as the ‘face’ of the business and be the first port of call for all visitors
  • Organizing logistics for projects and business travel
  • Own the relationship with all 3rd parties including landlord, utilities, office supplies etc.
  • Creating and updating records related to our office; e.g. inventory of supplies and furniture, agreements etc.
  • Monitoring level of supplies and handling shortages
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for the HR department
  • Data entry in systems as needed to support operations staff

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months+ experience in Recruitment
  • Well-structured and organized, pro-active and a solution-oriented team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to converse and engage with candidates at all levels
  • Enterprising and proactive, owning tasks and making suggestions for improvement
  • Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
