Our team is growing and we’re looking for an operations-loving person to add to the mix. The Operations
Support Specialist role at Spotzer is a champion for the Ops team.

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the ops team to assure efficient and effective organizational activities
  • Tracking all the orders through the production process and flag any delay with the responsible department
  • Provide support to partner inquires
  • Support Ops in resolving or investigating team member inquiries
  • Identify areas of efficiency within the Ops team
  • Organize and update files as needed
  • Foster good working relationships with vendors and service providers answering their daily questions
  • Monitor and control daily our ageing list in order to meet customer expectations and company goals
  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
  • Make sure to keep all the TAT under control according to internal rules and processes
  • Point of contact and resolution between vendors and the internal department
  • Being able to support the scheduling coordinator in case of need or any absence

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extremely driven and motivated with a thirst for getting the job done
  • Methodical approach to all tasks, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Native Italian with good command of English
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle large order volumes
