Client Manager - Post-live Websites

We are looking for a talented Post-live Client Manager to join our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam on a full time basis. The team manages the production and maintenance  of a large volume of websites for small to medium businesses in the UK. As Post-live Client Manager, you will be the key point of contact for business owners who have signed up to our monthly maintenance package.

You will use your client management skills to simultaneously handle a number of requests for updates, improvements  and training support and work closely with our team of in-house designers and freelance copywriters to ensure the end result is to the brief, to high quality standards, and within the agreed timeline.

  • Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls/emails whilst giving the best customer service
  • Successfully obtain customer requirements and prepare these for internal website production
  • Create written briefs for copywriters, designers and developers to go into production
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with your portfolio of clients
  • Keeping tracking and order management system up to date
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with a great team sharing ideas and best practice
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products according to customer needs and objectives

Skills & Qualifications

  • British-English mother tongue is required for this role
  • The ability to communicate effectively and influence clients
  • Proven work experience in account management, customer service, project management or relevant role
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
  • The ability to take ownership of clients and their website projects
  • Strong work ethic and creative team spirit!
  • Past experience working with WordPress (preferable)
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM and Web production (preferable)
  • Hands on experience of CRM software such as Salesforce  (preferable)
  • Living in the Netherlands (preferable)
