We are looking for a talented Italian Client Manager to join our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam on a full time basis. The team project manages the production of a large volume of websites for Small to medium businesses.The Client Manager's’ primary responsibility is the day-to-day communications through telephone with the Italian clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, strong work ethic and the ability to operate in a pioneering, dynamic and fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls/ emails whilst giving the best customer service
  • Successfully obtain customer requirements and prepare these for internal production for website creation
  • With the information from the client, create written briefs for copywriters and designers to go into production
  • Handle a large amount of outbound calls per day whilst achieving predefined targets
  • Overseeing full cycle project management of a website
  • Keeping tracking and order management system up to date
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with a great team sharing idea and best practice
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products according to customer needs and objectives

Skills & Qualifications

  • Italian mother tongue is required for this role, basic knowledge of English is a must
  • The ability to communicate effectively and influence clients over the telephone
  • Experience working in a contact center environment or relevant role
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM and Web production (Preferable)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle large order volumes
  • Hands on experience of CRM software  (Preferable)
  • The ability to take ownership of clients and their website projects
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit!
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Living in the Netherlands is essential
