We are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our busy and energetic Denver team on a full time basis to provide quality and timely support to end users within the company.

The technical support Specialist will interact with business users, client services, production managers, product owners, developers and quality assurance to resolve process, application, training and infrastructure problems.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient and able to quickly understand and become adept at troubleshooting issues in complex systems involving many applications interacting across different platforms. The Technical support analyst will develop an expertise in domain and emails and will become a subject matter expert in domain registration, DNS entries and email configuration.    


  • Manage production support tickets giving quality and timely resolutions
  • Giving hands on support to the Denver office (20) in all technical issues whilst working smoothly and remotely with our Amsterdam HQ
  • Escalate issues effectively when needed
  • Interfacing effectively with users, giving them full support in resolving problems
  • Reporting issues and resolution times back to the business
  • Working with the IT team and systems to troubleshoot and implement fixes
  • Fielding domain and email requests, including domain registration, DNS entries and email configuration
  • Evolving the production support process by advocating for better tools and processes when applicable


  • 1-3 years production/technical support, or application support experience
  • Experience of domain names and managing domain names with domain name registrars.
  • Knowledge of the WordPress platform and basic web-server configuration
  • Knowing the difference between an A record, CNAME, or MX record is a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce and supporting Salesforce users would be looked on favourably
  • Experience managing email accounts
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills - understand business processes and issues from business users
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree/work experience
  • Valid US work permit- Living in the Denver area preferred
